About

A Bible reader built around context.

VerseStudy keeps Scripture at the center, then places literary context, useful connections, original-language notes, and source information one step away instead of blending them into the biblical text.

What VerseStudy is

VerseStudy is a Bible reading and study interface. The Gospel of John is the first complete public collection, with all 21 chapters available in the World English Bible. Each chapter can be read as continuous Scripture and paired with a separate guide written for that chapter.

Read first, study one step away. The biblical text remains distinct from explanation and interpretation.

Publisher responsibility

VerseStudy is published and editorially operated by Kadir Özbek.

VerseStudy does not invent author, reviewer, academic, or theological credentials. Source notes and review information are shown only when they can be stated truthfully. Questions and correction requests can be sent through the public Contact channel.

Who it is for

Readers who want to move from a passage to concrete questions about its immediate setting, wording, structure, source support, and useful biblical connections without treating every editorial sentence as Scripture.

How pages are prepared

Scripture import, editorial writing, source checking, review, public publication, and search visibility are handled as separate steps. That separation helps keep unfinished material out of the public reading experience and keeps source or review claims from being inferred merely because a page exists.

See Methodology for the study and review process, and Sources for provenance and licensing.
